Tennessee's oldest festival of Scottish, Irish, and Celtic culture - now in its 44th year. Features Highland athletics, pipes & drums, Highland and Irish dance, whisky tastings, folk/roots/rock/pop music, clan gatherings, and Scottish/Irish/British food. NEW for 2026: ScotDance USA Southeast Regional Highland Dance Championships. Founded in 1981 as the Gatlinburg Scottish Festival, now at the Greater Smokies Event Grounds near the national park entrance in Townsend. Tickets $15-$35; discounts for military, veterans, first responders, seniors, and students.
