The top floor is the entertainment floor: a theater, a games area with ping pong, and a bunk room under the eaves. The bottom floor has a gaming area of its own with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcade cabinets and a full driving simulator. Hot tub and gas grill on covered decks, cornhole in the yard, wooded on every side. Inside Arrowhead Resort between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which brings seasonal access to the community's outdoor pool. Three parking spots. Dogs are welcome — up to two, neither over 40 lb, $75 plus tax each. There is no pool at the cabin itself.
Welcome to Big Bear Retreat, your ultimate destination in Pigeon Forge! This stunning 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom cabin comfortably sleeps up to 30 and is just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Upon entering the main level, you'll be greeted by spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area.
This floor also features two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and one with an additional Queen futon. The living room also has a Couch that folds out to a Queen sleeper Sofa. The top floor is a haven for entertainment, boasting a theater and gaming area, 2 Queen-over-Queen bunk Beds, a Queen Futon, and a bathroom. On the bottom level, you'll find four bedrooms: 3 with king beds and one with another Queen-over-Queen bunk bed.
This floor also features two shared bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and a spacious gaming area equipped with a pool table and arcade games. There's also a washer and dryer.
Unwind in your private, luxurious hot tub and as a guest of Big Bear Retreat, you'll also have access to the Arrow Head Resort's seasonal pool. This cabin is pet-friendly. There is a $75 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each pet.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
