Three kings, a queen and five queen-over-queen bunks — twenty-two guests in six bedrooms, six full baths and a half. The private indoor pool is heated and under roof, so it works in February. Beside it on the lower level sit a theater room and a game floor with a pool table, air hockey, foosball and two full-size arcade machines. Up top there is a screened porch with its own stone fireplace, a hot tub on the deck, a jacuzzi tub in one of the baths, and a ridge view that runs to the horizon. Secluded inside a gated community above Sevierville, three levels, six parking spots. No pets.
Perched within a secure gated community in Sevierville, King of the Mountain is a three-level retreat where sweeping Smoky Mountain views and elevated comfort come together in a setting designed for unforgettable group getaways. From sunrise coffee to starlit evenings in the hot tub, every space is built to keep you connected to both nature and each other.
The moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a bright, recently updated interior filled with warm wood tones, vaulted ceilings, and inviting furnishings. The main living area centers around a striking stone fireplace framed by plush seating and a large smart TV—an easy gathering place for slow mornings, movie nights, and everything in between.
Just steps away, the fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for shared meals and holiday-style cooking. A cozy breakfast nook sits nearby for casual mornings, while a dedicated laundry room adds everyday convenience. Just beyond, a dining space flows naturally into a screened outdoor dining area, blending indoor comfort with fresh mountain air.
Outside, the expansive back deck becomes one of the home’s most memorable spaces. Rocking chairs line the view, inviting you to sit back with a cup of coffee and watch the mountains shift with the light. It’s the kind of place where time naturally slows down.
The main level includes two bedrooms, including a comfortable king suite with nearby half bath access and a beautifully designed primary suite featuring a jetted tub, stone walk-in shower, and a calm, spa-like atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a day in the Smokies.
Upstairs, two private ensuite bedrooms continue the sense of comfort and privacy, one with a queen bed and one with a king, each offering its own bathroom and flat-screen TV for quiet retreat space within the group.
The lower level is where the energy comes alive. A full home theater and expansive game room create a true entertainment hub featuring a fireplace, large TV, pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcade games, and a fully stocked wet bar. Two oversized bunk rooms with queen-over-queen bunks make this level ideal for kids or large groups, supported by a full bathroom designed for convenience.
Step outside to the lower patio and you’ll find another layer of relaxation—an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, rocking chairs, and a hot tub perfectly positioned for soaking under the night sky. Here, the mountain views stretch into the horizon, and evenings end with warm water, cool air, and quiet surroundings.
King of the Mountain isn’t just a cabin—it’s a complete Smoky Mountain experience designed for gathering, celebrating, and truly taking in the view from above.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
