Two cabins side by side, booked as one: Gritz Carlton and Top Notch, ten king bedrooms and ten full baths between them, thirty-seven guests. Each cabin has its own private heated indoor pool, its own theater room, its own game floor and its own hot tub — so a group of thirty-seven never has to queue for anything. Two twin/twin bunks, two day beds and four sleeper sofas fill in around the kings. Sherwood Forest Resort, paved access, seven parking spots. No pets.
Welcome to your own private mountain retreat—where two luxury cabins come together as one unforgettable experience. Nestled in Sherwood Forest Resort and just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this dual-cabin escape is designed for large groups to gather, celebrate, and reconnect in style.
Mornings begin slowly across multiple decks, coffee in hand as the mountains come to life around you. Inside both cabins, open-concept living spaces invite everyone to come together—cooking in gourmet kitchens, sharing meals, and relaxing by the fire as conversations carry effortlessly from room to room.
As the day unfolds, there’s something for everyone. Head upstairs in either cabin for game rooms filled with laughter and friendly competition, or retreat to private suites for a moment of quiet. With two cabins, your group can spread out comfortably while still staying connected.
Evenings are where the experience truly shines. With two indoor heated pools, two theater rooms, and multiple hot tubs, your stay becomes a private resort—perfect for movie nights, late-night swims, and unwinding under the stars. During warmer months, enjoy access to the resort’s seasonal outdoor pool for even more ways to relax.
With space for up to 37 guests, expansive decks, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces across both homes, this unique pairing offers the best of both worlds—togetherness and space, luxury and comfort. Whether it’s a family reunion, corporate retreat, or celebration getaway, this is where memories are made on a grand scale.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
