Five king bedrooms across three floors, five full baths, plus a twin/twin bunk alongside the top-floor king and a twin day bed in the game room — eighteen guests, and nobody draws the short straw. The bottom floor is a private heated indoor pool and a theater room with tiered seating; the top floor is shuffleboard, air hockey and an arcade cabinet open to the great room below. Three decks, a hot tub on the rail, level paved parking for four. No pets at this one.
From the moment you arrive at The Gritz Carlton, it feels like you’ve stepped into your own private mountain resort. Perched in Sherwood Forest Resort and just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this luxury cabin blends breathtaking views with unforgettable group experiences.
Mornings begin with coffee on one of three expansive decks, watching the mountains wake up around you. Inside, the open-concept main level invites everyone to gather—whether you're cooking together in the gourmet kitchen, sharing meals at the large dining table, or relaxing by the fireplace as laughter fills the room. Two king suites on this level make comfort and convenience effortless.
Upstairs to the top floor is where the fun begins—kids and adults alike gravitate to the game room for shuffleboard, air hockey, and late-night competitions, while additional bedrooms offer peaceful retreats after a full day of adventure.
Downstairs to the bottom floor, transforms your stay into a true resort experience. Spend the day splashing in your private indoor heated pool, unwind in the hot tub under the stars, or settle in for movie night in the theater room with seating for everyone—perfect for family traditions and group memories.
With space for up to 18 guests, multiple gathering areas, and thoughtful touches throughout, The Gritz Carlton is designed for connection—whether it’s a family reunion, celebration trip, or long-overdue getaway with friends. Here, every moment feels elevated, every space invites togetherness, and every stay becomes a story worth repeating.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
Locally managed by Vantage Stays in partnership with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, a family-owned Smoky Mountain management company. Housekeeping is our own staff, background-checked, and maintenance is an in-house crew rather than a subcontractor.
