Sign Your Rental Agreement
Every guest is required to sign our rental agreement before arrival. This covers house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and property guidelines. You'll find the agreement in your Guest Portal after booking.
Submit Your Photo ID
For the safety of our properties and guests, the primary renter must upload a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport). This is required before check-in and can be done directly through the Guest Portal.
Review Your Stay Details
Confirm your check-in time, review your cabin's access instructions, WiFi info, and any special requests. Everything you need is in the portal.

Why do I need to submit my ID?
+Submitting your photo ID is a standard security practice that protects both our properties and our guests. It helps us verify guest identities, maintain a safe community, and comply with liability requirements. Your information is kept secure and private, used only for booking verification purposes.
When do I need to complete these steps?
+All steps must be completed before your check-in date. We strongly recommend completing them as soon as possible after booking to avoid any delays at check-in. This gives us time to process your documents and address any questions you may have about your stay.
