Five bedrooms, five king beds, five full baths — one bath per bedroom, and two of them with jacuzzi tubs. Ten guests, no bunks, no sofa beds: everyone gets a king. The top-floor primary has its own stone fireplace, a sitting area and doors onto the deck. Three storeys of covered porch look down the valley at Gatlinburg, with a hot tub out there and a gas grill. Downstairs there is a recreation room with a pool table and an arcade cabinet, and a small office off the top floor. Five level parking spots. Dogs are welcome — up to two, neither over 40 lb, $75 plus tax each. There is no swimming pool at this cabin; the pool is a pool table.
Welcome to Greystone, an elegant hilltop retreat where luxury, comfort, and breathtaking Smoky Mountain views come together just a half mile from the Aquarium and downtown Gatlinburg. Designed for up to 10 guests, this beautifully appointed cabin features five private king suites, making it the perfect destination for family vacations, couples traveling together, and memorable mountain getaways.
Wake each morning to panoramic mountain views, enjoy coffee on one of two spacious decks, and unwind in the private hot tub after a day of exploring. Inside, the open living spaces invite everyone together with warm wood interiors, cozy gas fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to gather for meals and conversation.
When it's time to play, challenge friends to a game of pool or the multicade arcade before retreating to one of five luxurious king suites, many featuring private bathrooms, jetted tubs, fireplaces, or deck access for an added touch of relaxation. A dedicated workspace with a computer and high-speed Wi-Fi also makes it easy to stay connected when needed.
Perfectly located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Greystone offers the ideal blend of peaceful mountain seclusion and convenient access to the Smokies' most popular attractions.
Best of all, your four-legged family members are welcome too, so everyone can enjoy the adventure together.
Pet-friendly: A $75 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies per pet. Maximum weight is 40 pounds per pet, and pets must be crated if left unattended in the cabin.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
Locally managed by Vantage Stays in partnership with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, a family-owned Smoky Mountain management company. Housekeeping is our own staff, background-checked, and maintenance is an in-house crew rather than a subcontractor.
