Four kings, a queen, a queen-over-queen bunk, a twin bunk and three sleepers — twenty-two guests across five bedrooms plus a top-floor game area that also sleeps. Six full baths. There is a private indoor pool inside the house, and Smith Creek Preserve's own waterpark on the doorstep — a large outdoor pool, a lazy river and a pickleball court, open to guests of the community. Theater room, arcade and shuffleboard upstairs; hot tub and fire pit outside. Paved access, five parking spots, trailer friendly. Pigeon Forge. No pets.
Welcome to A Smoky Mountain Splash, where mountain mornings begin with coffee on the porch and evenings end with laughter echoing from the hot tub beneath the stars. Tucked into the beautiful Smith Creek Reserve and just one mile from the Parkway, this brand-new luxury retreat gives you the feeling of escaping to the mountains without ever being far from the excitement of shopping, dining, and attractions.
This is the kind of place where everyone naturally gathers. Slow breakfasts around the kitchen island turn into afternoons spent swimming, game competitions become family traditions, and movie nights somehow last longer than planned. With room for up to 18 guests, there’s space to come together while still finding quiet corners to unwind.
Your stay also includes exclusive access to Rambling River Waterpark, reserved only for Smith Creek guests. Spend warm afternoons floating the lazy river, cooling off in the pool, watching the kids run through the splash pad, challenging each other to mini golf, or relaxing in the hot tubs while the mountains surround you. End the evening with an outdoor movie or settle around the glowing firepits as the day winds down. (Waterpark access is seasonal and hours may vary.)
Inside the cabin, every level offers its own way to settle into vacation mode.
The main level welcomes you into a warm and inviting space designed for connection. The kitchen becomes the center of the day—whether you're making pancakes before heading out or gathering everyone for dinner after exploring the Smokies. Nearby, the living room invites slower moments with its cozy electric fireplace and comfortable seating. Step onto the expansive porch and take in the mountain air while planning tomorrow’s adventures. Two private king suites on this level make it easy for guests to relax in comfort, including one room with additional futon sleeping space for families traveling together.
Upstairs, the energy shifts into fun and togetherness. This level was made for late-night conversations, friendly competition, and kids claiming their favorite sleeping spots before anyone else can. The entertainment loft becomes a gathering place while the mountain views from the upper porch create the perfect backdrop for quiet mornings and unforgettable sunsets. Spacious bedrooms with custom bunk arrangements and private bathrooms make it easy for everyone to spread out without losing that cozy cabin feeling.
Downstairs is where vacation memories really begin. Spend the afternoon splashing in your private indoor pool no matter the season, then trade swimsuits for blankets and settle into the theater room for a movie night everyone actually agrees on. As the evening cools off, step outside and sink into the hot tub while the mountains grow quiet around you.
At the end of the day, retreat to your private bedroom and wake up ready to do it all again.
A Smoky Mountain Splash isn’t just a place to stay—it’s where slow mornings, full days, and cozy nights come together to create the kind of Smoky Mountain getaway people talk about long after they’ve gone home.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
Locally managed by Vantage Stays in partnership with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, a family-owned Smoky Mountain management company. Housekeeping is our own staff, background-checked, and maintenance is an in-house crew rather than a subcontractor.
