Six king suites over three levels, each with its own bathroom and one with a jacuzzi tub. The middle level is the kids' floor — foosball, air hockey, three arcade cabinets, a pool table, and a full bunk bed right there in the room. The top level is the grown-ups' — poker table, shuffleboard, bumper pool and theater seating. Hot tub on the main deck, cornhole on the second, a porch swing on all three. Paved road in, five parking spots, and pets are welcome at $75 plus tax each, 40 lb max.
“Cozy Bear Lodge” is a warm and inviting Smoky Mountain retreat where comfort, space, and togetherness come naturally. Tucked just 15–20 minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge, this spacious 6-bedroom, 6-bath cabin offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to all the fun, dining, and adventure the Smokies are known for.
From the moment you arrive, the journey feels effortless with smooth paved roads leading you straight to your mountain escape. Step inside and you’re welcomed by a bright, open-concept main level where the living room, dining area, and kitchen all flow together in one comfortable gathering space. A cozy gas fireplace sets the tone, making everything feel a little slower, a little warmer, and a lot more like home. Whether it’s shared meals, game-day excitement, or late-night conversations, this space keeps everyone connected.
Each level of the cabin adds its own layer of fun and relaxation. One floor transforms into a lively game zone with air hockey, arcade games, foosball, and a big-screen TV—plus bunk sleeping that makes it the perfect all-day hangout for kids and teens. Another level offers even more entertainment with a poker table, shuffleboard, bumper pool, and theater-style seating for movie nights that feel like a private cinema. Step outside and you’ll find fresh mountain air, cornhole games, a relaxing porch swing, and peaceful spots to simply sit and take it all in.
After a full day of adventure, unwind on the deck in the bubbling hot tub or gather around for quiet conversation under the stars. A mini bar area on select levels adds convenience for snacks and drinks without ever leaving the fun.
When it’s time to rest, everyone has their own private retreat. Six King suites provide comfort and privacy, each with its own bathroom—most with walk-in showers, and one featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower for an extra touch of relaxation. A sleeper sofa on the main level adds even more flexibility for larger groups.
“Cozy Bear Lodge” is more than just a place to stay—it’s a mountain gathering space built for laughter, connection, and the kind of memories that linger long after you leave.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
Locally managed by Vantage Stays in partnership with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, a family-owned Smoky Mountain management company. Housekeeping is our own staff, background-checked, and maintenance is an in-house crew rather than a subcontractor.
