Six bedrooms, every one with its own private bath, and seven full baths and two halves in total. Five kings, a queen, four twins and a bunk. The private indoor pool sits on the bottom floor beside a recreation room with a wet bar; there is a theater room with recliner seating, a pool table, foosball, two full-size arcade machines and a golf arcade. Outside, a stone fireplace on the covered deck, a hot tub on the rail, a gas grill, and the reason for the name: the whole east side looks out over the valley from the top of Bluff Mountain. The Summit, easy paved access, trailer friendly, seven parking spots. No pets.
Perched high in the exclusive enclave of The Summit on Bluff Mountain, Rooms with a View is a fully elevated Smoky Mountain experience where luxury, privacy, and panoramic scenery come together effortlessly. From the moment you arrive, sweeping mountain vistas set the tone—this isn’t just a cabin stay, it’s a front-row seat to the Smokies from one of its most coveted ridge lines.
Arrival is smooth and unhurried, with paved roads leading all the way to your private retreat. Even before stepping inside, the setting makes its statement: endless layers of blue ridge mountains unfolding in every direction.
Inside, the home opens into a bright, expansive living space designed for gathering in style. Plush seating surrounds a glowing gas fireplace beneath a large flat-screen TV, creating an inviting lounge where everyone naturally comes together. Just beyond, dual dining tables comfortably seat fourteen, complemented by a sleek kitchen with custom finishes and a bar seating area—perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening cocktails with a view.
A separate sitting room offers a quieter, more intimate corner of the home, complete with a cozy couch and daybed—ideal for slow mornings or winding down in peace. Nearby, a powder room adds convenience without interrupting the flow of the main living space.
The main-level king suite feels like a private luxury retreat within the home. Featuring a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and direct deck access, it opens into a spa-inspired ensuite with a deep soaking tub and oversized walk-in shower. Step outside directly onto the expansive deck, where the lifestyle truly shifts outdoors: rocking chairs, a gas fireplace, al fresco dining, and dual grills create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience framed by unobstructed mountain views.
Upstairs, three refined king bedrooms continue the elevated experience. Thoughtful layouts include a Jack-and-Jill bath for two rooms and a private ensuite for the third, with each space designed for comfort, calm, and quiet retreat after a day in the mountains.
The lower level transforms the home into a private entertainment lounge. A full game suite invites friendly competition with a pool table, arcade games, foosball, and virtual golf, all anchored by a large TV and lounge seating. Just steps away, a dedicated theater room delivers a cinematic experience perfect for movie nights or big game days.
Also on this level, two additional bedrooms provide flexible luxury accommodations. One king suite includes a private bath, while a custom bunk room—featuring twin beds and a twin-over-full layout—offers a playful yet polished space for younger guests, also with its own ensuite. Both rooms open directly to the lower deck, where the experience continues with a bubbling hot tub and the entrance to your private indoor pool—an all-season indulgence designed for total relaxation.
Just under 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and close to the entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Rooms with a View delivers a rare combination of seclusion and accessibility—an elevated mountain estate where every detail is designed for comfort, connection, and a distinctly boujee Smoky Mountain escape.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
