Tucked high in the luxury enclave of The Summit on Bluff Mountain, Rooms with a View is more than a cabin—it's a story waiting to be written. From the moment you arrive, the sweeping vistas of the Smoky Mountains stretch before you, setting the scene for a truly unforgettable escape. Paved roads wind smoothly all the way to the property, welcoming both motorcycles and trailers with ease (though commercial trailers are not permitted in the resort).

As you step through the front door, the view alone might steal your breath. The open foyer leads directly into a warm and inviting living room, where your family can sink into plush seating and gather around the gas fireplace beneath a large flat-screen TV. Just beyond, two dining tables seat fourteen comfortably, perfect for family dinners or long, laughter-filled breakfasts. Four more seats at the kitchen bar overlook a gourmet space designed with custom finishes, every detail chosen to elevate your cooking experience. Off the kitchen, a laundry area offers convenience for longer stays.

To the side of the main living space, a quiet sitting room with a cozy couch and daybed provides a peaceful spot to unwind with a book or catch up on your favorite show. Nearby, a powder room serves this part of the house.

The main level also holds the crown jewel of the cabin: a luxurious king bedroom suite. With a large flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, and access to the main deck, it’s a private retreat of its own. The ensuite bath feels like a personal spa, featuring a soaking tub and an enormous walk-in shower. Step through the bedroom’s glass doors and onto the expansive deck, where rocking chairs, a gas fireplace, a dining table, and two gas grills create an outdoor living room unlike any other. Watch the sun rise over the mountains with your morning coffee, or settle in with a blanket as a storm rolls through the hills in the distance.

Upstairs, three beautifully appointed king bedrooms await. Two of the rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and one includes a charming twin daybed. Across the hallway, the third bedroom enjoys the privacy of its own ensuite bath. All feature flat-screen TVs and upscale comfort.

Downstairs is where the fun truly comes alive. A sprawling game room invites the whole family to compete at the pool table, test their skills on two arcade machines and a digital pinball game, or swing for the green with virtual golf. A foosball table and a large TV round out the space. Just off the game room, the theater room promises movie nights and big games in style.

Also on the lower level are two final bedrooms. One features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the other is a haven for kids, with two twin beds, a twin-over-full bunk, and its own ensuite. Both rooms open out onto the back deck, where more seating, a bubbling hot tub, and the entrance to your private indoor pool await.

Less than 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and just a short drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Rooms with a View offers the perfect blend of adventure and luxury.
