Six bedrooms over four levels — three kings, three queens, a twin-over-full bunk with a trundle, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, for sixteen guests. The whole third floor is a theater room. Below it: an Olhausen pool table, a Brunswick air hockey table, two arcade cabinets and an indoor blacklight mini-golf course. Fire pit and hot tub outside, cornhole in the yard, six parking spots. Pets are welcome at $75 plus tax each, 40 lb max. There is no swimming pool here.
Tucked away at the end of a quiet road on a 5-acre private estate, Powdermill Point is a fully updated luxury mountain retreat where seclusion, space, and sweeping National Park views come together in one extraordinary escape. With over 4,500 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space and six bedrooms, this is the kind of place where every corner invites you to slow down and stay awhile.
From the moment you arrive, the setting feels intentional—flat, easy parking, manicured grounds, and inviting front porches made for morning coffee and unhurried conversations. But it’s the back of the home that truly opens up the experience, revealing panoramic, year-round Smoky Mountain views that shift beautifully from sunrise to starlight.
Inside, the home blends upscale design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The main level is built for gathering, where natural light pours into expansive entertaining spaces. A standout game room draws everyone in with wall-to-wall windows framing the mountains, an Olhausen pool table, Brunswick air hockey, arcade games, multiple TVs, and comfortable seating designed for large groups to relax together without feeling crowded.
Just steps away, the fully stocked kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances and generous prep space, making everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners feel effortless. A separate cozy den with an electric fireplace offers a quieter retreat—perfect for reading, conversation, or simply taking a break from the action.
For something truly unique, Powdermill Point delivers a rare indoor experience: a custom 9-hole blacklight mini-golf course. Fun, unexpected, and unforgettable, it quickly becomes a favorite for guests of all ages. And when it’s time to wind down, the theater room awaits with oversized reclining sofas, ambient lighting, and an 82” screen—an ideal space for movie nights and late-night laughs.
Step outside and the experience only expands. The large back patio becomes the heart of the home in the evenings, where string lights glow above a fire pit and outdoor dining space. Whether you’re sharing a meal, telling stories by the fire, or simply watching the stars appear over the mountains, this is where lasting memories naturally unfold.
When it’s time to rest, six bedrooms are spread thoughtfully across three levels to offer both privacy and comfort. The upper level includes a spacious King primary suite with an oversized tiled walk-in shower, along with additional king, queen, and bunk accommodations. The lower level offers two more private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a sense of quiet separation—perfect for guests who want their own retreat space.
Just outside, a Viking hot tub sits on a private lower patio, offering a peaceful place to unwind beneath the mountain sky after a full day of adventure.
Powdermill Point isn’t just a luxury rental—it’s a private mountain destination designed for connection, celebration, and the kind of memories that stay with you long after you leave.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
