East Tennessee Billiards is a locally owned pool hall on Winfield Dunn Parkway, the main road into Sevierville from I-40. It is a welcome alternative to the big attractions on a rainy afternoon or a low-key evening: rack up a few games, order something from the kitchen and settle in. Owners Natacha and Brad Hylton describe it as a family-friendly room where everyone is treated like family, and it draws a steady local crowd.
The hall plays on Diamond tables, a good setup whether you are a league regular or teaching a child to hold a cue. A full bar pours beer and cocktails, and the kitchen cooks from scratch. Expect elevated pub food with a Southern lean: a smoked bologna burger, poutine, hash brown balls, mozzarella sticks, chili and grilled cheese, plus rotating specials. The hall also caters and helps plan group parties and events.
The hall opens at noon every day and stays open until midnight Monday through Saturday, closing at 10 PM on Sunday. Parking is on site. Because it is north of downtown Sevierville, it works well on an arrival or departure day, or paired with nearby stops north of town. Call ahead if you are bringing a larger group so tables can be ready, and ask about league nights when the room is busiest.
