Lou Vuto's Showplace is an intimate theater in the heart of Pigeon Forge dedicated to the music of yesteryear. Rather than a large production hall, it offers a small, close-up room, and the lineup leans into classic country and early rock and roll. It suits grandparents, music lovers and anyone who wants a relaxed show without the scale of the big Parkway theaters.
Three shows rotate through the week. A Closer Walk is a tribute to Patsy Cline starring Jill Spiecker. When Johnny Met Dolly, starring Michael Cullipher and Samantha Dawn, celebrates the songs of Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton, the Sevier County native whose music shaped this region and whose passing in 2026 is still felt across the Smokies. Legends of Music closes the day with a salute to Elvis Presley and other stars. Each show runs about 90 minutes.
The theater is on the upper level at 2828 Parkway. The regular schedule lists shows on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the Patsy Cline tribute at 2 PM, When Johnny Met Dolly at 5 PM and the Elvis show at 7:30 PM, though times shift on some dates and special guest and holiday shows are added. Book online or call (865) 428-7852 to reserve seats and confirm the day's lineup.
