The Sweet Spot opened in June 2026 on the Pigeon Forge Parkway, in the building long known as Memories Theater. The space was completely reimagined as an indoor family entertainment center, with sports simulators, mini golf, an arcade and a dessert counter all under one roof, next door to Rowdy Bear's Smoky Mountain Snowpark.
The centerpiece is a row of private simulator suites. Three HitTrax suites let baseball and softball players track every hit in real time and play in virtual stadiums, and three Uneekor golf suites offer realistic course play with detailed swing analytics. For a more relaxed round, a baseball- and golf-themed mini golf course keeps score automatically, and the arcade mixes classic favorites with newer games.
Save room for the signature chimney cone: a warm, freshly baked cinnamon pastry shaped into a cone and filled with ice cream and your choice of toppings. A dedicated party area makes The Sweet Spot a natural choice for birthdays during a cabin stay. Every guest completes a waiver before playing, and it can be signed online ahead of time to speed up arrival.
