Go-karts are a Parkway tradition, and the tracks around Pigeon Forge and Sevierville have grown well past a simple oval. You can race road courses in fast European karts, climb three-story wooden tracks, or park the little ones on a junior loop while the teenagers compete for bragging rights.
These seven parks are the strongest for groups. Most sit right on the Parkway, stay open into the evening, and add mini golf, arcades or bumper boats for anyone who sits out a race.

NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains
The biggest go-kart park in the area, with up to seven tracks plus rides, two mini golf courses, bumper boats, mini bowling and an 11,000-square-foot arcade. It sells wristbands rather than single rides, including a multi-day Vacation Pass good for up to seven days, which suits a group that wants to come back more than once during the week.
Good to know: Regular-season hours close Mondays and Tuesdays; check before you drive over.

The pick for teens and adults who want real speed. Drivers race Sodi European racing karts on a 3,500-foot road course with winding turns and narrow straightaways, which also runs in reverse, and there is a 1,500-foot elevated track with single and double karts. No driver's license is needed, and the operator bills its karts as the fastest in Pigeon Forge.
Good to know: Drivers must be at least 11 years old and 56 inches tall.

Good to know: Junior track drivers must be at least 48 inches tall and adult tracks require 54 inches or taller. Hours run 9 AM to 6 PM, so make it a daytime stop.

A family-run Parkway classic built around an elevated wooden track that climbs three stories, crests at The Hump, then spirals back down. The whole park was rebuilt for 2026 with new karts and a fresh look, and there are bumper boats with water sprayers for a second round of competition. Its sister attraction, Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf, is right across the Parkway.
Good to know: Open every day 10 AM to 10 PM; heights are posted at each ride.

The TN Twister spirals three stories over 800 feet, the Blue Ridge Blitz covers 600 feet over two levels, the Dragon Tail is a slick track built for sliding, and a junior track keeps younger racers busy.

Home of what the operator calls the tallest go-kart track in Pigeon Forge, with mountain views from the top. The rest of the building is made for groups: a blacklight laser tag arena, an 18-hole blacklight mini golf course and an arcade. That mix makes it a good evening or rainy-day stop when not everyone wants to race.
Good to know: Group discounts for parties of 8 or more; call ahead to arrange.

Tips for Groups
- Split the group by height and nerve. Send teens and adults to Xtreme Racing Center for the fast karts, and take younger kids to the junior track at Fast Tracks or the kiddie tracks at SpeedZone and Ripley's Super Fun Park.
- If you plan to race more than once during the week, a multi-day wristband such as NASCAR SpeedPark's Vacation Pass usually beats paying ride by ride.
- Check hours the day you go. NASCAR SpeedPark and Ripley's Super Fun Park close Mondays and Tuesdays, while Adventure Raceway is open every day.
