Pizza is the easiest dinner to agree on when a cabin is full of cousins, teenagers and picky eaters, and the Smokies have more good options than the Parkway chains suggest. There is wood-fired Neapolitan in downtown Sevierville, a Brazilian-style pizza feast in Pigeon Forge and a 1970s Gatlinburg pizzeria famous for its garlic rolls.
Some of these are sit-down spots worth a night out; others are built for picking up a stack of boxes on the way back to the cabin. Several close one or two days midweek, so check before you plan around them.

DŌ Scratch Made Pizza & Pasta
Wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pizza and pasta made from scratch daily, in a brick-walled room near the courthouse in downtown Sevierville. Pies are 12 inches with six slices, so plan on roughly one per adult. The Margherita is the benchmark, the Diavolo brings Calabrian chili heat, and the stuffed portobello mushrooms are worth ordering for the table.
Good to know: The dining room is small; best for small to medium groups.

Handcrafted dough and homemade sauces baked in a 550-degree wood-fired oven, with no freezer on site. The Pigeon Forge location has an arcade connected to the dining room, which keeps kids busy while the pies bake. Beyond pizza there are wings, Italian sandwiches, salads and cannoli, and online ordering makes it an easy cabin pickup.
Good to know: Order ahead online for pickup; open daily from 11 a.m.

Pizza served the way a Brazilian steakhouse serves meat. Instead of ordering pies, you settle in for a rodizio-style meal: soup, salad and meatballs, then servers keep bringing rotating slices to the table, finishing with dessert pizzas like Nutella and strawberry. It is a fun, noisy fit for a big group, and there is a full bar with Brazilian drinks.
Good to know: Closed Mondays; kids 3 and under eat free.

A Gatlinburg pizzeria since 1976, known above all for its garlic rolls. The menu is New York-style pizza, calzones and Italian standards like chicken marsala and linguine with clam sauce. This page covers the express location on the Parkway; the original is in Elks Plaza at 968 Parkway, so there are two downtown options if one is packed.
Good to know: Order the garlic rolls; there are two Gatlinburg locations.

The Southern pizza chain's Gatlinburg location sits across from the Convention Center, with a patio, 29 draft beers and cocktails. It is one of the easiest pizza stops for a mixed group: many pizzas come in gluten-free and vegan versions, and there is a private room plus catering for larger gatherings.
Good to know: Ask about the private room when booking a large party.

Barbecue and pizza under one roof on East Parkway. The crust is a slow-fermented sourdough with a light, airy texture, and the smokehouse meats end up on the pies: the Blackberry Pig pairs pulled pork with blackberry chipotle sauce. Brisket, pulled pork and chicken platters cover anyone who would rather skip the pizza.
Good to know: Takes scheduled online orders, handy for a big cabin pickup.

A family-run New York-style pizza shop on Veterans Boulevard, a few minutes from Dollywood. It is named for Wy Oakley, the "Roamin' Man of the Smokies" and an early guide in the national park. Pies come in 12, 14 and 16 inches, with garlic knots, calzones and wings on the side.

Family-owned New York-style pizza with big, foldable slices, away from the Gatlinburg crowds. The menu adds subs, stromboli, calzones, wings and cannoli, and the Caesar salad has its own following. Tips for Groups
- For a cabin pizza night, order ahead online and send one car to pick up. Big Daddy's, Roamin' Man and Jimmy's all take online orders, and a scheduled order saves waiting in a crowded lobby.
- Check the closed days before you plan: Pizza Rio closes Mondays, Roamin' Man closes midweek, and Papa Leone's is closed Monday through Wednesday.
- If your group has gluten-free or vegan eaters, Mellow Mushroom offers many of its pizzas both ways, which saves a second stop.
