Six king bedrooms and four bunk rooms holding five full-over-full bunks — thirty-five guests, ten bedrooms, eight full baths, over two floors. The bottom level is the games floor: pool table, two arcade cabinets, a movie room with leather recliners, and the hot tub out on the patio. The ridge-line view is the reason this one books — the dining table and the whole main-floor deck face it. Seven parking spots, level and paved. There is no swimming pool here, and no pets.
LeConte Mountain Lodge is not just a place to stay—it’s a mountaintop gathering place built for moments you’ll remember long after you’ve left the Smokies behind.
Perched high in a private mountain community overlooking the sweeping beauty of Mount LeConte, this expansive 10-bedroom luxury chalet welcomes groups of up to 35 into a world where comfort, space, and breathtaking views come together. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, church retreat, wedding celebration, or group getaway, this is where everyone can finally be under one roof without ever feeling crowded.
The journey up is part of the experience—fully paved roads wind you into the mountains until you arrive at the summit, where the world opens up around you and the views stretch endlessly across the ridgelines. With parking for up to 10 vehicles, arrival is easy, even for large groups traveling together.
Step inside, and the lodge immediately reveals its scale and warmth. Towering windows pull the mountains into every room, filling the space with natural light and ever-changing views. The main living area becomes the heart of the home, where oversized seating invites everyone to gather after a day in town or on the trails. A stone fireplace sets the tone for cozy evenings—hot cocoa, conversation, laughter, and the quiet crackle of a fire as the mountains fade into twilight.
Just off the living space, two king master suites on the main level offer comfort and privacy, each with its own ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV. A bunk room nearby keeps kids close to the action while still giving them their own space to unwind.
The kitchen is designed for groups who cook and connect. With dual appliances—including two stoves, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators—meal prep becomes a shared experience rather than a chore. A large dining area, framed by panoramic windows, brings everyone together at the table, with room for long meals, late conversations, and morning coffee with a view that never gets old.
Downstairs, the lodge transforms into a full entertainment level. This is where energy and connection come alive—whether it’s a friendly game of pool, arcade competitions that spark laughter, or movie nights on oversized seating. Multiple bedrooms on this level, including additional king suites and bunk rooms, ensure everyone has a comfortable place to retreat at the end of the night.
Outside, the experience continues across multiple decks designed for every moment of the day. Mornings begin with coffee on the upper deck as the sun rises over the peaks. Afternoons slow down in rocking chairs and gliders as the mountain air moves through the trees. And evenings naturally drift toward the screened-in porch and bubbling hot tub, where the lights of the lodge glow against the backdrop of the Smoky Mountains and conversation stretches long into the night.
LeConte Mountain Lodge was created for togetherness on a grand scale—without sacrificing privacy, comfort, or the feeling of escape. It’s a rare place where large groups don’t just stay together… they truly experience time together.
When the mountains are calling for something big, this is where you answer.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
Locally managed by Vantage Stays in partnership with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, a family-owned Smoky Mountain management company. Housekeeping is our own staff, background-checked, and maintenance is an in-house crew rather than a subcontractor.
