An 8-foot door opens into a great room built around a 20-foot gas fireplace, with a wall of windows behind it. Six oversized king suites line the main floor, each with a private bath, a gas fireplace and its own Keurig — one of them fully ADA accessible with a roll-in shower. The log slab dining table seats 20 under picture windows, and the kitchen behind it runs a Wolf six-burner range and two refrigerators. Years in the making, and it shows.
Tennessee Whiskey A Custom-Built Mountain Estate in The Summit on Bluff Mountain Sleeps 34 · 6 Bedrooms · Private Indoor Heated Pool · Hot Tub · Media Room · The Summit, Sevierville, TN
Some properties are built. Tennessee Whiskey was crafted — years in the making, meticulous in every detail, and unlike anything else in the Smoky Mountains. Set within The Summit on Bluff Mountain, one of the most prominent communities in the Smokies, this extraordinary estate announces itself from the moment you arrive. Multiple paved parking areas welcome your entire group, and an 8-foot entry door opens into a great room that simply stops you in your tracks — floor-to-ceiling custom woodwork, a wall of windows framing sweeping mountain views, and a 20-foot custom gas fireplace rising as the undeniable centerpiece of it all. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream: a Wolf 6-burner gas range, pot filler, built-in oven, two oversized refrigerators, and a massive island with bar seating. Adjacent, a custom log slab dining table seats 20 beneath picture windows, with additional seating at a secondary table, a built-in ice maker bar, and a cozy fireplace nook that doubles as a gentlemen's retreat. An enclosed patio just off the kitchen adds two indoor gas grills and a 75-inch 4K TV — an all-weather outdoor experience with a view to match. Six oversized king suites each feature a private bath, gas fireplace, 50-inch 4K TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig — one fully ADA accessible with a roll-in shower and custom bath. A private media room with an 86-inch 4K TV and theater seating for 11 ensures movie nights are an event. Above the main level, sleeping nooks with twin XL beds delight younger guests, while a catwalk — supported by Tennessee Whiskey-stamped steel beams — leads to a pool table, game room, air hockey, arcade, and PlayStation 4. Below, a private indoor heated pool anchors the lower level, opening to an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and waterfall — all sharing one of the most stunning panoramic views in the entire Smokies. Outside, a 5-hole putt-putt course, live Koi pond, and waterfall feature add a sense of wonder that sets this property apart from anything else in the region. As smooth as Tennessee Whiskey — and just as unforgettable.

Bear Camp’s standard terms are strict — without Deposit Protection there is no refund and no reschedule, for any reason. Deposit Protection is added at booking, and it is what opens the cancellation window.
This cabin has four or more bedrooms, so the 4+ bedroom terms apply: cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a refund, or reschedule once if you ask at least 30 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the deposit is forfeited.
How this compares: the default terms here are stricter than a typical platform cancellation policy, so this is worth understanding before you book rather than after. What Deposit Protection adds that most strict policies elsewhere do not: a free reschedule.
You pay half when you book and the rest thirty days before check-in — the same date the reschedule window closes. Nothing is charged in between.
Deposit Protection has to be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added later, so if there is any chance your dates move, decide at checkout.
Property Protection covers accidental damage during your stay up to the tier you pick — $500, $1,000 or $2,500 of coverage.
It is not insurance for your trip; it covers the cabin. Deposit Protection, above, is the one that covers your dates.
For groups larger than one cabin can hold, we can coordinate multiple cabins in the same resort - same dates, same check-in experience, shared amenities.
Locally managed by Vantage Stays in partnership with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals, a family-owned Smoky Mountain management company. Housekeeping is our own staff, background-checked, and maintenance is an in-house crew rather than a subcontractor.
