What is your pet policy?
Dogs are welcome in our pet-friendly cabins only. You can bring up to 2 dogs, and each must weigh 40 pounds or less. Cats and other animals are not allowed.
Are there any additional fees for bringing pets?
Yes. The pet fee is $75 plus tax per dog, and it is non-refundable. Guests also pay for any extra cleaning, flea treatment or damage. A pet found in a cabin that is not pet-friendly means a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and the end of the stay.
Are your properties safe for pets?
Our pet-friendly cabins are mountain homes, not kennels, so plan as you would at home. Keep dogs on a leash outside, and crate them whenever they are left alone in the cabin, which is a house rule. Ask us about a cabin's yard before you book if that matters for your dog.
What should we bring for our dog?
Bring a crate, bed, food, bowls, a leash and waste bags. In the national park, dogs are allowed only on the Gatlinburg Trail and the Oconaluftee River Trail, on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
Can we find nearby veterinary services?
Yes. Our concierge team can provide information about local veterinarians, pet shops, and emergency services. We're here to help ensure your pet's health and happiness during your stay.
